Not every valuation ends in a sale. Often it is first about putting a decision on a figure you can rely on.

What does the valuation cost?

Nothing. The estimate is free and commits you to nothing – not even to selling through us. We do it because most owners come back to us later.

How accurate is the estimate?

For flats in Prenzlauer Berg, Pankow and Mitte, very accurate – we know almost every street and many buildings from the inside. You receive a price range; the exact asking price is set after an on-site viewing.

What happens to my data?

For the first range we only need location and key facts – those are not stored. Only when you request a detailed valuation do your contact details go to our office on Lychener Straße. We do not sell addresses to portals or other agents, and we do not call unsolicited if you leave no phone number.

Do I need a formal survey?

Usually not for a sale. A market-value survey by a sworn expert is needed for court disputes, for the tax office or for some banks. If that is your case, we will tell you – and recommend someone.
